Notes
- Only 32-bit versions of Windows are supported at this time.
- Rhapsody 4 runs on Windows 2000 and Windows XP SP1 with the following limitations:
- Downloading or transferring subscription tracks using Rhapsody To Go is not supported on Windows 2000.
- Channels do not work properly on Rhapsody Optimized portable devices on Windows XP Service Pack 1.
- For best results, it is recommended that you get the latest updates, patches, and service packs for your computer from Microsoft Windows Updates.
Unlimited Downloads Requirements
Windows XP or Vista is required for unlimited downloads. This includes downloading as part of either a Rhapsody Unlimited or a Rhapsody To Go subscription. However, Windows XP or Vista are not required for unlimited streams with a Rhapsody Unlimited or Rhapsody To Go subscription.
Windows Media Player 11 is recommended for using Rhapsody To Go with a PlaysForSure device.
Regional Requirements
Rhapsody is available only to users in the United States at this time.
Does Rhapsody 4 work with the Intel-based Macintosh?
No. The Intel-based Macintosh is not compatible with Rhapsody at this time.
