Troubleshooting

If you're having problems using Rhapsody, like CD burning issues, error messages, firewall issues, or portable device transfer problems, the Rhapsody Knowledge Base is here to help you. Just go to http://reclisten.custhelp.com.

When the Rhapsody Knowledge Base opens:

1. Type in the issue you're having, or the name of the error that has occurred.
   
   
2. Click the Search button.
   
   
3. Click a Knowledge Base article to read it.
