How do I choose my burning speed?

Rhapsody will automatically recommend a burning (write) speed based on the type of CD burner you have and the type of media (CD-R or CD-RW) you are using. We strongly recommend using the burn speed Rhapsody selects for you to ensure that your CD burns successfully and to ensure the highest sound quality.

If you are using any of the following, Rhapsody may recommend a burn speed slower than the maximum write speed of your CD burner:

Note:  If you are having trouble playing audio CDs burned with Rhapsody in your CD player, try lowering your burning speed to help reduce buffer underrun issues. For more information, see CD Burning Tips.
