Dropped Call or Data Connection

A dropped call or data connection may occur in the following situations:

• When the network signal is interrupted by an obstruction, such as a building or tunnel.
• As the network signal is tranferred from tower to tower.
• During a high usage time.
• You are outside the PCS Vision service area.
